I am a young 23 year old getting married to another 23 year old on September 6th, but on that day my OU sooners play Cincinatti in football, so what can i do? should I postpone my wedding for a later date?

I would hope that your about to be partner for life likes sports as much as you do! If it was me and you postponed the wedding because of a sporting event, there would NEVER be a wedding! If you must, have somebody you know video the game and you can watch it later, much later, LOL.
Sure postpone the wedding that will make eveyone happy . Better yet have your wedding at the game!
What my cousin did who got married the day of what ended up being a key game in sending the (Wisconsin) Badgers to the Rose Bowl was to have the ushers run out to the car during the ceremony and signal the wedding party as to how the Badgers were doing. (My brothers were the ushers lol).

I have answered this question and I can’t believe you wrote it AGAIN. You are too young if you are asking this question. Seriously? Put your football game above your wedding? Give me a break. Stay engaged for a few more years until you grow up.
If a football game is more important to you than getting married I would suggest putting off the wedding – for a very LONG time! You are no where near ready to be married.

Dude…. its Cinci !!! You can Tivo one pre-confrence game, can’t you? OU will crush them anyways, so you’ll not be missing much. I like the idea of the ushers using hand signals to keep you informed. Better yet – get the start time of the game, so you can have the wedding start time coincide with half-time. Heck – you’ll miss the first 1/2 of the 3rd quarter at the worst !
Its not like its the Nebraska or Texas game ! Then I would postpone the day. If your bride wouldn’t understand that – she isn’t worth marrying !!
My sister (and now brother-in-law) got married on the Saturday of the Nebraska / Iowa St. game. They actually moved the date up b/c their orginal date was the NU vs OU game and NEITHER of them wanted to miss out on it (not to mention most of the wedding party would have boycotted the ceremony in favor of the game)….. so I know how you feel. They had to settle for the lesser of the two evils.
My wife’s from WY and even after 12 years of marriage, she STILL doesn’t understand, nor respect the importance and sanctity of a BIG-12 football game !! She also thinks I’m crazy for being depressed after a Nebraska loss…. see some men get NO sympathy from their wives. Set the expectations NOW – or else in 10 years she’ll want you to go couch shopping or go pick out new drapes during the Red River Shootout !

Ca’mon you stinking tard! The answer is obvious. Cancel the wedding and when your bride to be throws a fit tell her you are willing to host a gangbang in her honor (<— now that’s irony) on game day. Nobody at the party may remember if the sooners won or not, but they will remember what a good time they had and what a mess they made.
