If you haven’t had it altered yet do so, that should help it fit alot better or maybe you could put some of those breast pads in the top then you wouldn”t have to pull so tight?

You can pull it less tight at the top to reduce this, or you can have it altered to have an extra inch or so along the top to reduce this. Another thing you can do is wear a thin slip made of slippery material underneath so that the fabric doesn’t catch on your skin and pull it together.
How long do you have before the big day? Of course get it altered as the pp suggested. Also get into a good cardio workout plan, it will help you reduce quicker than anything else.
There are several back exercises you can do, but cardio is the number !
Cardio. Cardio. Cardio. Pushups. Pullups. Butterfly presses. More water, less sodium, no sugar. It’s tough, but worth it. Try not to tie it so tight, either.
Get a modesty panel made to fit between the laces and your back.
Try Desert Orchid Corsets who offer a ‘loose’ modesty panel service.

Good luck with the wedding day.
There is only one exercise/diet program that I know of that is designed for brides only.
